The American Numismatic Association's District Representative program is adding additional volunteer District Representatives throughout the United States to better serve coin clubs and shows.
I welcome passionate collectors who love our hobby and appreciate the numismatic educational and growth advocate role the ANA plays to reach out to me to discuss the duties of District Representatives. Additional DRs are needed in just about every state.

Hi thanks for posting, is it possible to get some information on what the volunteers are expected to do and the Time Commitment. Thank You
The two main duties are to set up and man and ANA table at two or more coin shows per year and to attend at least two coin club meetings per year. Many of our District Representatives do more than two of each however, I am only asking that a new DR agree to two shows and meetings. They would be welcomed to do more.
Additionally, DRs are welcome to work with coin collectors in their region who are hoping to create a new coin club. The DRs will share some helpful tips on growing a club's membership and providing some educational numismatic information.
Regarding you question about time commitment, it would depend on how many shows and meetings the DR attends. Over the course of the year, it is not a lot.
There are a few other duties that I would be pleased to share with those who might have an interest. Thank you for your post.
