PCGS used to have a value guide for the US-Philippine coins, but they took it down. Anyone know where I can find values?

They are in the Greysheet now
You can also use the StacksBowers and Heritage auction results sites. Heritage even has a category "US Philippines."
The sites are excellent for determining actual sale prices.
Use Greysheet
I suggest that, but in conjunction with auction archives.

Numista
I believe the Red Book has a section for Philippines that I believe extends up through the issuance of the MacArthur 2 coin set issued in 1947. Be very careful with guides as this coinage will vary significantly in value based on eye appeal and condition rarity. If you are checking auction results, take the time to actually look at the coin is it will make a difference.

Wasn't @wondercoin son putting together a price guide? I have a faint recollection.

I have a much stronger recollection about that

A number of years ago, after co-authoring with “Justhavingfun” (RIP) a series of U.S-Philippine articles featured on PCGS.com, my son Justin (owner of Monstercoinmart.com) created his USPI Peso Price Guide. There was a strong Numismatic need for this Price Guide at the time as was shown in those published articles. No other major valuation publications were carrying accurate prices for the USPI coin series, including the Pesos. Since that time, and with JHF’s passing, a significant portion of JHF’s USPI Collection was sold through Heritage Auctions under the “Mahal Collection” offerings (the 12th installment of “Mahal” takes place in Hong Kong next month and features an extraordinary 1911-S Peso in PCGS-MS67, which is the Plate Coin for that date in Justin’s Price Guide). There is now a tremendous amount of USPI pricing information available for free over at Heritage, especially after those eleven Mahal installments featuring hundreds and hundreds of JHF USPI coins. Additional USPI pricing is also now available over at Great Collections auction site as they have handled recently many JHF coins as well. Meanwhile, Justin continues to stay active in the USPI and Spanish Colony Philippine coin series and may even significantly update his Peso Price Guide after the 12th installment of Mahal is completed next month.

Take a look at GS CPG for them.
Unfortunately some prices are missing but there are many still listed.
