Hello everyone,
I haven’t been actively purchasing or engaging in collecting coins over the past year or so. I’ve been focusing on other things but I never lost interest in the hobby. I recently found some stuff that definitely rekindled my interest.

Last week I helped my cousin move some of her furniture. As a thank you she baked me some sweets and said she had something else for me. She gave me this vintage Deposit Developer Coin bank that was full. It didn’t not have the key. I was able to see a clad coin threw the slot so I dismissed it at first. I assumed the content were just normal pocket change and maybe a wheat penny.

Curiosity got the best of me. I couldn’t picked the lock so I ended up busting it open. I was shocked when I saw the contents. There was plenty of modern stuff and foreign coins. However, there were plenty of “gems”. I was particularly suprised to find the Seated Liberty Half dollar, the commemoratives and the One Dollar Liberty Head even though it’s damaged. I thought finding this particular assortment was unusual. I took some pictures(below). This find made my month so I figured I’d share it with y’all. Thanks for reading and looking!!
