VISITING ONE OF JAPAN'S THREE GREATEST WATERFALLS, KEGON FALLS, ENHANCED BY THE COLORS OF FALL

Nikko Japan's Kegon Waterfalls is one of Japan's Three Great Waterfalls. Formed by volcanic forces 15,000 years ago its waters flow from Lake Chuzenji located just above it.

In 1939 its stunning full view became accessible through an impressive engineering feat that saw the drilling of two vertical tunnels that could house elevators to descend to the base of the 318 foot waterfall.where a viewing platform was constructed.

Kegan Waterfall is most spectacular when surrounded by fall foliage. In this Playlist you are invited to share that experience as taken from multiple vantage points.

In addition the final two videos in the Playlist expand the experience by providing the explosion of fall colors on the mountainside across from the falling falls.

THE GIANT FERRIS WHEEL THAT HAS BECOME THE SYMBOL OF YOKOHAMA JAPAN

THE BELOW LINKED VIDEO PLAYLIST begins with an energetic child hopping around a lighted Christmas Tree in Yokohama Japan located just blocks away from Cosmo World where the lights on a Giant Ferris Wheel add to the spirit of the upcoming holidays.

Yokohama’s Skyline Dominating Giant Ferris Wheel is named Cosmo Clock 21,

When it was built in 1989 for Yokohama Exposition “Yes 89” at 370 feet, it was the largest Ferris Wheel in the World. Today it remains the largest existent Ferris Wheel with clock functions,

It was relocated to its current Skyline Dominating location a decade later in 1999. It is now part of a small amusement park known as Cosmo World where it can be ridden.

It has become a symbol of Yokohama Japan.

In this video a complete computer generated spectacular night light show can be experienced from beginning to end,
