1992 D Close AM Lincoln Cent?
I bought this 1992 D close AM cent on eBay from a new seller with no feedback. Looked like an actual close AM variety to me so I made an offer and the seller accepted and sent it. The coin’s weight is a bit low at 2.47 grams. Can anyone give me an opinion on if this is an authentic ‘92 D CAM? Thanks.

I think I would ask before buying a coin from a zero feedback seller.

Well eBay’s buyer protection is really strong. Not much chance I couldn’t return it. It was listed as a close am.
We’re all hoping it’s a legit auction and it arrives to your hands. Good Luck.
Thanks, but it did arrive today. I took those pictures of the coin myself.
Looks like a good score, I guess depending on what you paid.
It could be, but examples have sold for much less than those guide prices would indicate.

I made an offer of 25,000 dollars and it got accepted. YAY.
That was just the lowest valuation they had. I'm sure his would be a details grade, still probably worth a few hundred.
e-bam ? (disclaimer warning, wrong emerald, pun)

She is one, Grand, AM winner.
And,...The designers (FG) int's are not even in play.
So forgetabouthem.
Looks good to me.

You did REAL good!

All you to look at is the initials, they are far
from the memorial so it is a CAM.
Also the weight it well within the +- tolerance.
Is that dark blob really on the shoulder? What is that? Looks like it is floating on the coin

nice purchase it is closed A. M. CONGRATS!
Yes the dark spot is on the coin. It appears to be oxidation. I’m sending it in for grading as is.
Right, also another big help in identifying true CAM is the “A” in STATES is off center to the right a bit. Helps when looking at listings without good close up of the FG.
yes. close AM and close AT
