I was able to grab this one on Sunday. A scarce Gen 2.2 PCGS holder with a Gold Sticker and beauty inside. The three things I was looking for. Goes very well with the other one in the set.

I had a Gold CAC Proof Franklin in a Doily Holder and sold it on GC in 2013. How much do you think it would sell for today? If I recall correctly, I cherrypicked the Doily Holder (without sticker) from a dealer's case for about $40 or so.

Looking for Top Pop Mercury Dime Varieties & High Grade Mercury Dime Toners.
Nice pickup, @pcgscacgold.
@keyman64 - looks like you did alright with your initial investment. I'd guess it would sell in the $750 - $850 range in a current auction (at least that is what I would bid).

Nice.
Nice score 👍
Thanks @johnny9434 , @Morgan White , @pointfivezero
These holders are so hard to find in good condition.

Congratulations on your new acquisition.
I do like Proof Franklin half dollars
and enjoy reading threads about them and about those who choose to collect them.
Reading this thread and looking at the pictured coins leaves me with multiple thoughts:
It is very interesting how collecting can go in multiple different directions (traditional ways including circulated coins, MS coins, Proof coins, toned coins, untoned coins; and more untraditional ways including coins with stickers and coins in holders of a particular generation);
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, thus some persons find coins such as the two posted in the OP to be beautiful, while others would find the same coins to be neutral or negative in eye appeal;
Both coins pictured in the OP, to me are average in appearance at best because my personal preference is proof silver coins that have a Cameo appearance, especially those with eye appealing toning. Others may view both coins as having positive eye appeal and thus they are beautiful;
With regard to the value of coins such as those pictured in the OP, it would be interesting to see a collection of Proof Franklins (1950-1963) having the same appearance and the same grades (i.e. PF65) contained in a Gen 2.2 holder, a similar collection contained in a recent holder (the coins were graded last year) and a similar collection that is raw be placed up for sale in an auction where all three collections are marketed for same amount of time with the auctions closing on the same day at the same time. I wonder what the winning bids will be for each of the three collections and what the thought process of the bidders at the three auctions are regarding the three sets being auctioned off; and
As an alternative to #4 above, have the coins in the three collections not be the same and instead have one collection be of CAM/DCAM coins, one collection be untoned brilliant coins and one collection be brilliant coins with gorgeous multicolored toning.
Sorry to post coins you didn't like @SanctionII Where we differ is I don't go onto peoples threads and criticize them.
This holder was used for two months. Find me better ones in that two month period, that survived the crackers, and I will also be a buyer.

pcgscacgold.
My apologies to you for my post. I did not intend to criticize your coins (my personal preference is Cameo Proofs).
I think collecting in a set of Proof Franklins in Gen 2.2 holders that have received a CAC sticker is fantastic and that when you complete your set you will have something special.
As I mentioned there is a wide variety of ways to collect. That makes the hobby more interesting.
Kudos to you for attempted to putting this particular set together.
