Is this 1913 T2 a DDO 1101?

I picked this up recently for the exaggerated looking date. The only reason I am asking for other opinions is because I do not like the look of the L in Liberty for being the DDO. I am also unaware of any other diagnostic points for the DDO FS-1101. The date appears to have a pronounced southwest shift.
Thoughts?

I'd actually say it is. The thickness of the 1 and 3 in the date is correct.
Whether or not you can get PCGS to agree is a different story.

Unfortunately PCGS did not attribute this coin as the DDO on a recent submission. I still think it is until proven incorrect. Thanks for the yes votes and support.

Yours doesn’t have the die clash thru EPU. All the examples I have seen and found had that clash. Maybe PCGS is looking for that as a qualifier?
