This was a bit of a trick question.
All are in OGH and have GOLD CAC stickers!
39-S = 66 (reverse die crack - no scratch)
43 = 65
44-D = 65
45 = 65
So, per CAC, add 1.5 to the above grades (minimum) to check your guesses.

-66 the 39S is very well known for having a reverse die break.
