I was about to guess MS66+ RD, but noticed what appears to be spotting on the rims - most notably on the reverse from roughly 11:00-3:00 (along with a carbon fleck at 2:00). So I’ll guess MS66RD, even though I don’t think it would be deserved.

Great guesses everyone. @MFeld, while you are correct that those carbon specs are present, they are minor and perhaps are not a detriment in determining the MS66 RD grade. Zack.
