PSA Auth needs to open the case with FedEx. Since the FedEx photo is NOT your home, you should be able to get your funds back (or maybe the FedEx driver can figure out where he took that picture?).

At this point, I think the eBay Seller is out of the picture -- they delivered the item successfully to PSA, and PSA Authenticated it and shipped it to you. So now it's a matter of PSA Auth opening the FedEx case and go from there...

How long ago did this happen? You need to go to the local FedEx (not FedEx office but a FedEx distribution with a warehouse) and have them look into it. If it is recent they maybe able to get the driver to help them find it.

In regards to solving this problem ... "I give up". Causing me too much stress. I'll just accept the financial loss.

I ordered a non card item from eBay, fedex said delivered with a photo not from my home. I went to fedex and asked if they recognized the home and they didn't. I never got the item and never got reimbursed. The seller said eBay showed delivered and that's all they cared about.

    I lost.

I've been dealing with this issue, and many people/companies, for two weeks now. So it is OK that I don't want to deal with it anymore.

I asked to CLOSE THIS DISCUSSION because I am mindful of not wanting to waste other people's time ... when I have put the issue to bed.

    That’s a peek behind the curtain I didn’t need.

    Hey, that's my name

If you look at the OP's post history, every post he's started, he's then deleted all his posts from it, like he thinks this board is Snapchat or something!!

Wish I saw what was the OPs dilemma, don't understand how you throw in the towel only 2 hrs after posting!!

It drives me nuts. Those types of posters litter the forum with empty threads which are of no use to anyone. They think the forum is their own personal Q&A chat instead of an opportunity to let others learn from their experience.
