    I see a heavily circulated (wrinkled) note which looks unnaturally clean. To me, it looks like it was washed (or processed) to minimize both soiling & the extensive network of creases/folds were pressed. There's many darkened fields which show that the paper has been damaged/soiled (but later washed/doctored).

    So, since it has been processed to look far better than it originally was, it is very difficult to give you an accurate assessment on its grade. Perhaps apparent Fine (a VG made to look F)? To give you an approximate value is even more difficult b/c many collectors shy from processed notes. Who wants to pay for the clean-up job? It is much more difficult to get some notes (like these) in original condition.

    $1200-1300, note is processed. fields of soil are uneven with amount of folds.
