Dan Owens and I have placed an article with The Numismatist for publication next year that will involve 1876-CC Dimes, and I am looking for some good, high-resolution images of some of the Doubled Die and/or Rusted Die varieties to use with the article. Does anybody have any images that we might use with credit given?
Obviously untoned is better than toned, but will consider anything photogenic.
Thanks.

There's a pretty good selection of photos on PCGS CoinFacts, if you click on "Show Related Coins and Varieties (49)" in the middle of the page. PCGS is likely to grant permission to use them with credit.

You can use Gerry's page to see which F- numbers go with the die pairs.

This leads to PCGS photos which are not quite as nice as @RobertScotLover's above, but cover a lot of die pairs.

I have seen that F-107 there, and it would be perfect if the toning wasn't so dull.

Are you just looking for the DDO? I have a few examples of DDRs for the date that I can photograph for you, though most are in low grades.
I used to hunt specifically for the DDO, along with the MPD in the skirt, I probably have a couple dozen all together in low grades. If there is something specific you are looking for, drop me a PM and I can look for you.

If you see images you like in the ha.com archives, you are welcome to use them for academic purposes with proper credit given.
