anyone have a coin graded that has the cartwheel effect assigned to the coin & has a good picture?

"Cartwheel effect" isn't an attribute assigned to a coin as part of a grade. It's merely an observation of how the luster "spins" around on the coin when it's titled in the light.

You can sort of see it here, but to really see it, you’d need to tilt it like the above poster mentioned.

Coins that are brilliant with cartwheel luster are PQ and have high demand.
Their presence significantly reduces the chances of it being cleaned
