To actually see the doubling, you got to zoom in, sorry I didnt want to overload with photos so i compiled them int sets of 4 mostly.

Yep, you read that right. I found a 2021 Denver Shield cent, with a Doulbed die obverse, and doubled die reverse. I didn't think it was even possible for Denver of all mints to have this.
Note- Some of my description is speculation, most of it i am 100% sure of it being doubling. Ill put the ones Im not sure about like this **
Description:
OBVERSE- Ear(half inch below ear is possible doubled ear ),Eye(inside corner, maybe even also in front like LWC little hard to pick up on cam), where the neck meets the jacket collar is a pretty thick raised line that looks like long and fat doubling for its spot(first of its kind?! | think) Date, Liberty(especially
Y), IGWT, **depression of the beard in the beard,
**nose depression below nose. **parts of the jacket do not match other of the same date and mint, the line between neck and jacket is a thick doubling line.
VDB looks bigger, **Dot on lip, **above the nose where forehead meets the nose, protrudes from face to fields, maybe a die dent or doubling, tons of random dots on his face. Hair looks different(more weight and definition) Jacket looks very defined. Bow tie looks way different to me.
Dont know any US coin with this much doubling on one coin..
REVERSE description-
Everything in between the the semi collins is thick
;JT, The stripes, the banner that has ONE CENT, the rolled part of both sides of the one cent banner, America, JMT; "United States Of america," has split serifs (2,4,6,8,10, 12 stripes look taller than 1,3,5 and so on)
"Of America"
, unum, is very very hard to take
photos of being so distorted. You literally have to reposition the coin, your scope, you, make sure its right angle to the degree, and you can only pick up on camera 1 or 2 letters if you can even do that..
There is also splitting in America but i dont know how to pick it up on cam. I feel like the only way you can take a photo of what it truly looks like, by putting your camera pointing at the coin horizontal, almost feels like you have to line it up past the horizontal level of the coin if that makes sense lol and maybe the right hand side of the shield shows doubling.

Comments

  • Maybe I am missing it, but I do not see any defined split serifs. Everything I am seeing looks to be flat shelf doubling, zinc blisters and damage , even pull away toning.I don’t wanna rain on your parade . Persistence is key and you seem very detail oriented but maybe give yourself a refresher on doubling characteristic's.

  • LOL omg. Dude.. idk if you zoomed in or not but its DEFF doubled die on both sides. Ive been searching for 15 years doubled dies. You obviously didnt look hard enough or you really never seen incused doubling. I even point out the doubling….. also i am not asking questions. I am stating this os doubled die obverse and reverse lol

What about the UNUM? What about the stripss being super tall and thick? What about the fact that there is a similar listinng for 2011 that if you saw it, then youd rethink your determination on my reverse not being a doubled die. What about the extra thickness? Oh also i emailed doubleddie and varietyvista.
Hopefully ill hear back from them soon! Also. 1999 D. Listing. Do you see the doubling?

    That's double the disappointment.

I find it hard to believe that some collector's actually waste their time and eyesight looking for this kind of thing.

    All glory is fleeting.

While I appreciate the OP's enthusiasm, this appears to be much ado about nothing.

    Many happy BST transactions
