Genuine question

Was shopping to fill one of my many holes in this run of VAM's.
Label and info seem lacking.
Why just genuine and not a grade or cause for a Details grade?
Feel like I should know answer to this question having submitted my share of coins and being in the hobby for 20 years.

Cert verification indicates "no grade", 92-cleaned.
All holdered "no grade" coins get a code (i.e., the number between the "." and the "/").
Reference
Edited to add info about the "no grade" code reference.
The “.92” after the PCGS coin number (133809) on the grading label indicates cleaning. There was a time - I don’t know precisely, when - when PCGS omitted the wording of the detail-grade issue from the label and I’ve seen a lot of other coins like this.

Ahhh... didn't think to check the code.
Thank you

@yspsales . For what my opinion is worth. I can see the white haze that seems to float on the surface of the coin. James
I’m glad this is a genuine question and not a fake one.
The 14.14 is still a beast in any grade!
It might be labeled, "Harshly Cleaned" today with PCGS.
