Alright, so I was at the gas station the other day and this dude comes up to me, and he's got this real twitchy energy, like he's just chugged a pot of coffee brewed with pure anxiety.
He's lookin' at me with these bug eyes, and he says, "Man, you ever wonder if the squirrels are just tiny, furry drones sent by the government to collect our spare change?" And I'm lookin' at him, and I'm like, "Nah, man, I think they're just squirrels."
And he shakes his head real slow and says, "Nah, they're too organized. You ever see a squirrel burying a nut? It's not about the nut, dude. It's about the GPS coordinates. They're mapping the whole block, one acorn at a time, for the future squirrel-pocalypse. They're gonna rise up and take our wallets, and all we're gonna have left is lint and regret."
I didn't know what to say. I just stood there, pumpin' my gas, and I swear, a squirrel looked at me from a tree, and for a second, I thought I saw a tiny, little receiver dish on its head. And I'm not sayin' this dude was right, but I ain't left any spare change out since.
