Modern Lincoln "Guess the Grade" Answered!

I just received this 2009 Lincoln back from being certified by PCGS and I am frustrated with how it graded. I didn't expect it to be a top pop but it is probably the best I found from the Mint rolls I have searched. These TrueView pictures are all I have so give them a look and see if you can guess the grade the coin received. Maybe you see something I don't so your thoughts would be appreciated. I will reveal the grade afterwards.

65 RD seems about right, maybe 64RD.

I had these graded in 2021 and they came back 66 BN DDR.
So I’ll go 66 RB.

I would say tan maybe. They came in a collector type package with the other series, some painted. And the overall color of the packaging was brown. I was just stoked to have found two DDRs but thought they would have graded higher based on other images.

Here is the full TrueView of this coin. Certified MS64RD! Looks like a solid MS66 to me! Maybe I should submit it for a Gold bean or I could be the first with a Platinum bean. Surely the 64 is an error on someone's part. Not sure what to do now.
I just realized they are graded RD it's just when I go back to my orders page do I see incorrect grades & colors.
@Saam CAC doesn't bean many moderns, maybe only Ikes.

I know CAC doesn't do modern Lincolns but if they did, it might get the coin to MS66. I don't think it would be worth the time, trouble and cost to have it reconsidered.
PCGS doesn't look up rim nicks easily.

@Saam Its definitely not a 66 coin. It wont be worth the time, trouble or cost to have it reconsidered. If you want an MS 66 example they seem to cost around $35 to $40.

64 is somewhat harsh, but there is really nothing to do, you could buy one already graded for less than it cost you to submit this coin. And CAC doesn't review modern Lincolns except for the double die varieties.
