How do I get an Eliasberg provenance added to my half cent slabs?

I have tried multiple times to get someone from Customer Service to return my call with no luck.
What type of proof is needed? Does PCGS have the catalogue? How good do pictures have to be? Is there a better chance if a copper dealer submits them?
Thanks,

I asked a similar question in the World Coin forum a while ago. I sent the info I had to PCGS through their "Contact Us/PCGS Support Form" on their website with a request to let me know if it was sufficient to get a pedigree designation. I was hoping for a "Yes, that's good enough" or a "No, we need more, such as...." response. Unfortunately, they basically told me to send the coin in with the documentation I had and see what happens.
Good luck.
i'm interested in seeing the documentation
"the right person" could get it done if there were substantial documentation. i won't name names, but it'd take considerable standing and industry influence
What kind of proof do you have? Do you have the catalogue? How do you know these coins were Eliasberg coins?

I have the catalogue and pedigree history. The coin is from a substantial coin collection and a from the number one half cent dealer.
Then it shouldnt be too difficult to get the pedigree added. Good luck and keep us updated please.

Oh my god... have you been hacked? 😃
What a nice surprise to see you post!!!

The top 'hit' when you google "PCGS Pedigree" is the 'set registry benefits' page. This page suggests that the registry department has some involvement with the pedigree service, at least for sets.
Perhaps you would have better luck with the CS line for the registry @ 877.888.1318.
I cannot guarantee positive results, but it might be worth a call.
Good Luck.

@MasonG mentioned a similar request earlier in this thread. I THINK that this is his thread about the experience.
The easiest way to get it added is to include solid proof that it's an Eliasberg coin. For instance, if it was plated in the original auction and it's an easy match, just include photo copies of the plate from the auction with your submission and it should work.
If the proof is shakier (dealer said so, etc), you'll need to do some research first to make your case. Then just include what you've found and hope for the best...
I have had success adding the Norweb and Eliasberg pedigree/provenance at PCGS. I write on the invoice (very large) to please add the Eliasberg Provenance. I send a copy of the cover of the auction catalog and I send two copies of the coin in the catalog with the lot number. On the second copy I note any notable characteristics of the coin by circling them and giving a description. For example, any noticeable marks in the fields or on the portrait or eagle, any obvious rim features, or toning areas that are unique to the coin. On Proof coins lint marks can be a good marker.
The more info you provide the better your chance of success. Good luck.
Sharpie marker?
Sorry. Couldn't resist.
