Submitting oversized cards (5x7)

Are toploaders acceptable for oversized submissions to PSA? I have never sent anything oversized and have just always used CS1’s for standard cards. How are you guys packaging your oversized stuff?

    Will this set up be acceptable? Soft sleeve (sticking out the top) inside a top loader for 5x7 cards?

    Yes. toploaders for the larger cards are acceptable.
