Well, I wasn't "so far off" (I guessed MS67)
The high grade is probably due, in part, to the original "un-dipped" state of the coin.PS:
The coin looked slightly familiar to me and so right after posting my guess I went to Heritage Auctions and it was easy to find there. So if an image is posted with the "Imaged by Heritage Auctions, HA.com" showing, then it would be fairly easy for someone to "cheat" by going there to look..

Scratches are on the slab, not the coin.
