What the heck is this brown crap in the valleys of this coin?
I also cannot stand the exaggeration of his sales pitch.
Should send up a red flag but newbies get sucked right in only to find out they got screwed. Not good for the community.

images might be doctored. I seem to recall a bunch of coins with similar background and the weird lighting.

The absurd and hyperbolic description would hopefully be a flag to anyone with a brain. Sadly, there are many that believe this stuff.

You must be mistaken Morgan13, it appears he has a 100% feedback rating on Ebay..... :D

What are the top offs to this being a problem coin? The grandiose description is a flag, but can someone ELI5 explain like i am five as to the problems with it?

Problem coin with highly edited and deceptive images. Who knows whats wrong with it, but I bet it looks weird as hell in hand.

I think this outfit used to be "Carson City Coin", known rascals , you'll find plenty in the archives.

One of many BTW. I think ebay is a great place to buy IF you know what your doing. Even if you do kniw what your doing you can still have to do a return from time to time.

It's pretty bad when a coin company needs to come up with an alias. :D

I'd say definitely been cleaned... the darker areas in the crevice is the toning that was originally on the coin? High portions on the hair look pretty dull. And .... I think those photos have been 'helped'. Pass for me.... ! I haven't done business with the company, but the wording and methods being used all raise questions... seen that scenario many times.

Instead of hinting, why not show the relevant results?

While this good feedback, I have no interest in this coin. I will leave the research and conclusions to those who are interested. I will simply say that I have previously had coins sold through Great Collections where "strongly similar coins" appeared in eBay auctions from this seller shortly thereafter.
