Guess the grade and the slab that the prior owner cracked this out of, based on lousy iPhone pics

Just for fun! To my eye, it is hairline-free.

PR 67…I have seen that type of toning in the small white Anacs slabs and the NGC fatties ….I will guess it was cracked from a small white Anacs

As you must already know, other than by luck, Proof coins cant be graded accurately from images. Because nearlly all of them have varying degrees of hairlines that aren't apparent in pictures.

And what's the point of asking for guesses regarding what slab the coin was in? You might as well ask people to guess when it was last purchased and cracked out of the holder.

Edited to add: If, by chance, the point in soliciting guesses about the previous holder pertains to what holders might be likely to cause various types of toning, why not start a thread about that?

    End of rant. ;)

My guess: PF67 old ngc holder (not necessarily a fatty)
Why would anyone crack out a perfectly fine proof Franklin?

How about a couple of realistic, clear photos, since those are not.

    PCI PR67

Mine with similar toning was PCI PR67 and upgraded to PCGS SP68.

I feel like this was the closest guess. It was allegedly removed from an old ANACS small holder and graded PF-65 with no sort of cameo designation.

This was really all for fun as I know the photos are pretty horrible. I feel like this Franklin was one of those examples that got lucky and took on some really nice toning from the non-inert holder label.

It looks like a PF66 that I sold several years ago in a PCGS rattler holder.

Nice coin, it is hard to grade proofs from photos
