Trey is GTG, one of the best in the biz. Process is very smooth and the website keeps everything simple for you. Only can say good things about Pure.

I’ve sold there and other than it taking awhile to get paid via e-check, it was seamless.

Their shipping address is the same as Heritage’s in Beverly Hills.

    Hi again,

I responded to your tweet, and your ticket on our platform. We resolved your order by sourcing the items ourselves.

Apologies for the inconvenience of the seller not sending in their items.

Bringing this one up again. I think these guys might be in trouble. Dealers aren't delivering on the orders forcing them to source material. Unless they have some real teeth in the supplier agreements, this may be an ill fated experiment.

Thanks Trey. I appreciate the resolution!

I've used them multiple times in 2025 (and again this week) and have ZERO issues with them or the platform. The gold I received was in EXCELLENT condition!

So you just libeled them in order to make sure your problem was resolved.

@treybenedict is correct. Pure made good on the coin after the seller backed out. An honorable company that has much tighter margins than eBay which @jmlanzaf often touts. I’ve had good experiences with pure. My post from August was meant to hear about other forum members dealings with the company. I realize @jmlanzaf that you seem to enjoy stirring the pot but will say that your comment was inappropriate. It is based on facts not in evidence. In the past I’ve sold some coins to you and you did honor your quoted price despite a subsequent market decline. You may not recall the transaction.

That was honorable on your part. I remember that even though it was years ago. It is unusual to find a person or company that will keep their word even when it costs them potential profit.

I'm confused as to where that message came from. I haven't seen it anywhere. The only point of my post was not to "stir the pot" but to point out that he had posted negative comments about Pure on this thread and then removed them after Trey Benedict indicated that the problem had been resolved. That seems kind of unfair because someone may have seen the original post but not the retraction.
