I say yes, same but different. i don't really know much about old gold, but looks like same die state, different individual coins. You can see marks on one that aren't on the other.
Edited to add, when I look at the plastic, not the coins, I see that some interesting stuff is going on with the holders, the last two digits of the cert number are the same, which initially led me to believe that they were the same cert number, but then i noticed the differing variety attribution...
