I still have difficulty discerning, whether or not an accent hair even looking at them side-by-side. Aside from one small detail, the “I” in liberty with the broken dentical on the bottom left.
The “I” looks broke in this picture because of the shadowing, but it is there.

@Coinscratch, thought it looked similar to this, as I was using the bottom left missing part of the serif on the I in Liberty as a reference, to identify it as an accented hair variety. Must have been hidden in the shadow. Thought it looked like this
