While I typically like toners, that has a lot of dark

Not in my opinion. Looks like a 62 that got a major bump for the color.

Not above average eye appeal imo.
Nice, but not spectacular.

When it comes to toners its a very individual thing. I like that Morgan because its probably never been dipped. I dont like the eye appeal of the coin at all. It looks messy. That's my opinion. Others may totally disagree and that's fine.

Not liking the PCGS photos, too dark and splotchy for above average. Wish the grade would be higher also and agree looks like a toning bump. If the price is right, not a bad purchase.
It’s a cool pattern with nice eye appeal. I would not consider it a coin I would want to pay a big toning premium for though (I could see it still going high if two people really want it).
"Eye appeal," is, of course, a matter of personal taste.
Acknowledging that I'm in the minority, it's very rare that I much like a heavily-toned silver coin, and this is no exception. To me, it has very low eye appeal, compared to blast white.
Even if I liked toned coins, generally, I don't like the blotchiness of that one.
YMMV
