Is this an error 1991 D Dime?

Hi Everyone, I know this coin is not in the best condition, but I have to ask. I was wondering if this puffy lump that can be seen on both sides is something. Also, does the face looks like doubling or the condition of the coin make it seem that way. Is it a keeper or spend it? Thank you so much for viewing and for responding. I sincerely appreciate it and have a great day.

Heat damage. Spend it.

Thanks for asking here. Heat damaged the dime after they distributed it. So, collectors call it a damaged dime.
Agree, they are known as "Campfire Coins" and have no value.
Puffy lumps are not errors.
Thank you all so much!
