1973-S PCGS MS68RD Lincoln Cent?

Perusing through CoinFacts I noticed that PCGS has one 1973-S Lincoln Memorial Cent in MS68RD. There is no photo of this coin and considering how scarce PCGS MS68RD Lincoln Memorial Cents are, I’m wondering if this is likely to be a mislabeled PR coin instead.
Check out the 1961 MS RD Lincoln Cent. The "MS68RD" plate coin is an obvious proof specimen, not a circulation strike one.
Most likely this is the case here, BUT if it is actually a circulation strike 73-S it would be a highly desired item by those building the top grade Lincoln Memorial registry sets.

The population report shows it as 1 MS68RD for the 1973-S, uncommon around those times but I expect that is indeed an MS coin. It is not CAC stickered though, they did sticker some 1984 DDR MS68RD (otherwise none from 1959 to then).
Just as the obvious proof "MS68RD" 1961 Philadelphia Cent shows up in the pop report.
CAC does not review Lincoln memorial cents, the only exceptions are for the DDO's/DDR's. So there will never be a 1973-S at any grade with a CAC sticker unless or until that policy changes.
As to the 73-S, NGC does not have a 68 in their census so it is possible that the one showing on the PCGS data is a mechanical error.

Edit: Just how scarce BRONZE Lincoln Memorial Cents are in PCGS MS68RD are.
Hey good to know, thanks! I have a bunch of Wheats and was not aware of the nothing after 1958 unless major variety policy.
