It was unattributed either on the PCGS holder, or in the auction description.

    Below are a couple close-up images of an 1892 FS-801 that I cherrypicked from a PCGS MS64 holder and when you compare them to your coin you will note the differences immediately.

    The TDR also shows strong doubling in the lower bases of HALF DOLLAR, which the OP coin does not have.
