A Russian government plane, carrying a high-level delegation, landed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage at around 06:41 local time on Thursday, August 14th, ahead of the summit which will be held beginning at 11:30 am local time on Friday at JBER.
Interestingly for Trump that will be 3:30 pm Eastern time and for Putin 10:30 PM Moscow time.
Pictured below is a large transport landing at JBER from a few minutes ago which is likely providing support for tomorrow's Trump-Putin meeting.
Below is a video from this morning looking toward Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson where the Russian delegation are currently adjusting to jet lag from their earlier this morning arrival which was in the evening for them:
