I get it with a 63 for the obverse. The face is fairly dinged up, and that gouge/scratch at the base of the nose is tough.
But it seems that the reverse was left out? A plus(+) sure would've helped, so be it.

Many years ago when I didn't have much money I saw this at a coin show and told my Dad to buy it. We bought it "raw" and then had it graded. I think it would probably upgrade now.
Dan, I think it is correct @60 for the grading standards at the time. Nice score, its legit MS, I would send it to CAC and keep that old holder and not try for a regrade upgrade, but that is just me.
