That's SGS. Not SEGS. Two different grading companies.

The listing violates policy due to reference of a numerical grade from a non approved grader.

Now, instead of a “report item” prompt, you should see either 3 dots (…) or a question mark to click on, instead. In other words, it appears that eBay decided to make it more difficult to find the way to make a report.

I thought the company was called SGS MS70 -that is what I always see

Now now, sometimes a coin has a gouge or heavy wear and is SGS MS69

I cannot find the ? or the 3 dots, can anyone find them?

If you haven't yet, you could try to message the seller. It's possible they aren't aware of the policy.

Below is a screenshot which shows the question mark in the lower right-hand corner beneath “Add to cart”. And when I scrolled down the listing page the question mark moved lower, as well. I was using Safari as my browser but while using a different browser, I think I’ve seen the three dots I mentioned.

Those slabs are so freaking ugly. If I ever get one I'll make a point of stomping on the holder, defacing it with a hammer and throwing it in the trash, all on video.

FleaBay makes money on final value fees. There is zero incentive to police listings, when they make money and then deny protection requests...

This is their own policy. If that were true they would just change the policy.
