2021 Crossing the Delaware oddity.

Hello everyone, first time poster and coin n00b here. I recently got some rolls of quarters from the bank and noticed this interesting spot where a line cuts off the tip of the "R" in "LIBERTY" Is it maybe a die crack? There are a few other peculiar spots though It could just be post-mint damage. There also seems to be some (machine?)doubling. I have more zoomed in pictures of both sides that I can add if anyone wants. Thanks for all and any input.
