2019-P American Innovation Delaware edge error??

I heard that there’s an error on the edge lettering on the 2019-P Delaware coin. I believe the edge lettering on some coins are upside down in reference to the obverse. Is this true and if so are they rare at all.

    on the P and D mint coins, the edge lettering is applied by running the through a special machine

    the coins go in randomly

    some will have the edge lettering heads up, others tails up

    not an error and perfectly normal
