Counting Different Gold Type Sets

The_Dinosaur_ManThe_Dinosaur_Man Posts: 1,066 ✭✭✭✭✭

For a project I started last night while "enjoying" a weekend loaded with hours at the day job, I am rebuilding the part of my website that offers Type Sets for collectors, starting with Type Gold as the template page. The page itself won't be ready for a while but I figured I would share the eventual offerings that will become available. I imagine most of us are aware of the 8-coin set, the 12-coin set, and maybe the 20-coin set? All of these will be less expensive than a used Dansco page for the 7070.

## 1. 8-coin set:

## 2. 10-coin set:

## 3. 11-coin set:

## 4. 12-coin set:

## 5. 13-coin set:

## 6. 14-coin set:

## 7. 20-coin set, 2 pages:

As with the rest of the website, everything is being designed and coded by hand. No AI!!

In set #4 why isn’t the $3 piece placed after the second $2.50?

You could also add the two Classic gold commemorative sets. One with the two $50’s and one without

When the set was first designed, the client requested it be put into the middle between the two. I kind of like it that way, but of course I can accommodate and move it over if need be.

I can see why the customer requested it that way. The larger coin between the two smaller ones gives the layout a nice balance. But, I wouldn't mind it either way.

I finished developing the Type Set section of my website. The image below is a (tall) preview. I fully intend on adding more sets as the months and years go on while still taking on specialized customer requests not yet listed.

Anyone that wants to explore this section of the site may do so here:

@WALLE I have a specialized cutting machine at home. It allows me to feed whatever designs and layouts and assemble the albums.
