Anyone recognize this old slab source, brand or type?

I can't put my finger on it and wonder if anyone remembers it.

    I believe it is a Numex slab. I was told the XXX means it was/is a sample slab.

    If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly boring place.

    It is very possible that it is a Numex slab, but I can't be certain without a picture of the back. If it is a Numex slab, the plastic is most likely worth more than the coin.
