Seller cut part of the label off in his obv image.

Notified the seller but no response.
And reported for what good that will do...

Reported.
Update:

Every time it seems I look up a key date/better date coin to find out the lowest price levels they are at, there are fakes from the Orient. Maybe it's good they have not started to fake US mint and proof sets.

I sent an email to a contact listed for eBay about bad coins posted here and received 2 emails and a phone call...
This has been removed:
I’m afraid to get my hopes up, only to have them disappointed.
But, does it sound like someone who would be willing and able to do the same with large quantities of counterfeits?
If so, I suggest starting a new thread, making forum members aware of this and asking them to post such listings to the thread.
Suggested thread title: “I have a new contact at eBay who sounds able and willing to help remove some counterfeit listings.”

While I’m not surprised, I’m still disappointed.

While this contact did not turn out as hoped, your efforts toward reducing counterfeit sales are appreciated, in this case and in general.
ask the person to give you contacts in trust & safety
I have another contact who seemed to work magic today on 4 bad listings I alerted him to; waiting to see how this moves forward.
Some simple truths I've discovered while attempting to get eBay to ban the selling of counterfeits on their platform:
-If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are headed.
-No snowflake ever falls in the wrong place.

they already are. even coins marked copy are banned. in short "no replicas"

Based on the following, this listing looks like it MIGHT be OK:

Think eBay is bad? Try Facebook for scams and false posts….and there is NO WAY to contact ANYONE at Facebook if you get scammed……. Hard to believe such large companies have NO WAY to call or talk to anyone unless THEY call you.
