The price itself is a giveaway, but this one is particularly bad.

Well, an 1846-O half dime, if genuine, would be a very rare coin.

As a safety precaution I never buy stuff from over seas or Chinese sounding usernames. It seems a lot of the 29.99 priced fakes are sold by Chinese accounts/names. I saw a bunch of large cents and fake flying eagles from a similar seller/account.
