1991D penny DDR & DDO

I have an almost uncirculated 1991 D penny with multiple errors ( DDO Obverse and DDO Reverse). I could not find any 1991 D pennies online that matches the same errors as mine. Would this coin be one of a kind? What sort of value? I am no expert. I am seeking an expert opinion.

this is machine doubling
the silver around the lettering and such is the exposed zinc core and that is also not an error
This is NOT hub doubling.
You have a late die stage coin.
DDO = doubled die obverse
DDR = doubled die reverse
Unfortunately you have neither.
