Ebay question re:excluding sellers when utilizing advance search

I know I can exclude up to 10 sellers when using advance search option for coins, but I have read that you can then save this feature so when searching it continues to exclude these sellers. I've not found the way to do this. How do you do this?

After you have done the excluding and are back on the search page, just click the "Save this search" (which I have highlighted in the example below):

I still cannot figure out how to exclude sellers from the mobile app, or on the site from my phone. I followed the instructions on the eBay hub, but I don’t get those options.
