Hobo nickel help

I'm terrible at determining if a hobo nickel is older or a newer carver. Can anyone help me with this one and know if it is older or newer?

Looks modern to me, but I’m not an expert.

The date and wear on the reverse but not on the carving makes me lean to modern. But I'm not an expert either.

The original hobo nickel society (OHNS) used to attribute these, 'classic' or 'modern', for a fee.
I wouldn't send them this one though.
