    I just came across this post. What's the story behind the "stolen by USPS"? I've had my share of "lost mail/checks" thru the USPS, and the only info I ever get is that they "suspect someone in the ....... distro center, and there's an active investigation.....", but never resolution. Has led to me changing a lot of monthly statements, payments, etc away from snail-mail to electronic delivery, unfortunately. And their "guaranteed delivery date" for Priority Mail is non-existent. Just throwing bad money after good, with no incentive for the USPS to actually earn that extra money or refund failures to meet dates......

    Bunch of Canadian pennies they can't even spend. Banks won't even take them.
