It's a fake, but the counterfeiter at least got the grade right.
Holder is white for some reason. Isn't the correct color blue?

Interesting; I found the PCGS VF35 in another Bay seller's items as sold; it was the start of when I couldn't get listings removed anymore...
I'm sure eBay or it's insurer absorb the cost and the losses passed on to all sellers by increasing fees.
Does it get bad enough that eBay ends coin sales on the platform?
Is the eBay money back guarantee making it worse?
Too bad there isn't some warning that can be posted when bidding on coins that has a link to an educational website regarding counterfeit coins and slabs.
