Vintage Slab NEWP ~ Panda-Pak?

I know this is a world coin, but I know the slab collectors are mostly in here.
I’ve never seen these before, a big gold lot came through the shop today and I snagged this out, the rest shipped off to the distributor.
I guess there were about 8 or so of these in the lot, I only saw this 1/20.
Exact same plastic as an Accugrade…
Has anyone here seen these before? Was this also by Accugrade?

Yes, same slab, note it does not have the ACG letters in the slab.
Recall that ACG would set you up as your own slabbing company for one fee, or would slab what you sent them for a smaller fee and per-slab costs.

In that thread I said the ACG letters WERE present, but quite faint, as if the mold had been used or abraded.

Thank you! Very interesting, and I noticed there is indeed a slight ACG in the bottom, right hand corner of my panda, and that AccuGrade slab that I was comparing it to in the picture, which belongs to a friend.
I looked at both under a loupe and it’s exactly the same, ACG very very faint. It’s kind of hidden in the little bubbly bumps.
