If my state does not collect tax on Coins, will I have to pay the California sales tax if I buy coins from a California dealer? On eBay

The sales tax is based on where the coin is shipped.

I live in Oregon, no sales tax. I should start a coin PO Box company. Ships in ships out. LOL

Tax is collected based on laws of where the coin is shipped to. But, I have had Ebay incorrectly charge me sales tax for a no sales tax state a couple of times. It was less than $10, so not worth the time to dispute.
