I started in this hobby way back in 1974 filling Whitman blue boards and later folders with coins similar to this. And I still have every single coin and folder. To me, these are priceless. Meaning, they are far more valuable than ANY other coin in my collection (hoard as I call it), several of which being gold. So for someone to slam a new collector, saying it's only worth face value, is extremely disheartening not to mention destructive to the future of this hobby. Perhaps the fascination of fancy stickers and labels is your reason. Or at least that seems where your collecting truly lies.
Sergio, keep it. It's beatiful in it's own way and perhaps one day you'll see as much.
I don't think this is the point of the criticism, it's his I am right and if you disagree your an idiot attitude.

I don't have any solid information yet, but I was looking at a coin that seems to have a flaw in the leaf section. There are two or three "ghost" leaves, or whatever you call them. Do you know what I mean? I think it's a 1970 quarter. It's a shame I can't get good photos because I'm poor, haha.

while you are on coinfacts, look at the pictures and you will see they do not come with mintmarks and the "mint location" that is above your description is NOT florida
i would normally suggest you change the listing, but because it is only a quarter i suggest you end the listing

If the OP was a spice, he'd be flour.
Strike or machine doubling. No added value.
Your coin condition is better than good, even better than very good !!!
It looks like it could be almost uncirculated or even uncirculated !!!
Here is an online photo grading reference for coins like that

Maybe you can lower the price that you are asking for your error coins - yes, we know who you are.
PS: you might want to update that Mint location in your description lol.

don't get your coin education from ebay, etsy, youtube
there are a few good youtubers out there but there are also many who are worthless, hyped for clicks, or worse: just plain wrong
Weird, because here's another "ghost" coin thread from years ago.
Even more coincidental, same background.

It’s incredible to me that this thread has more views and comments than a thread on Specimen Morgan dollars.
Coin Photographer.
He also has a Spanish language listing where the rare missing mintmark 1974 quarter is only $900 rather than the $1200 he is charging the gringos.
go ahead and take down the moneda con error listing
and the 1940 nickel too. that is just a damaged nickel worth 5 cents
