    I doubt it. The only establishment that moves that many dimes is the US Mint so I would imagine that they are all new or newer dimes meant for circulation.

    From the news clip that I saw, it said they were “freshly minted”, so no.

    None. Those stopped being made six decades ago, long gone. These were freshly minted.
