New seller with zero feedback as a Bay seller; one would think PCGS would go after folks like this since ebay won't do anything...

Messaged the seller and got "crickets" B) .

I tried reporting the seller this time through the Bay process:

Best, Jack.

I believe both Rookwood and Weller Pottery Companies made some impressive Gnomes back in the day which are quite rare. What is pictured is not one of them.

With all respect to our hosts, I doubt they will (or even could) engage the resources to try to police fleaBay. They would literally have to pull up and tear apart every single listing, and they would need a channel into fleaBay to get things taken down. And there's minimal payback.

I’m guessing the gnome is actually a leprechaun in disguise—and thus, not genuine.

How can a seller have 100% feedback with "no feedback yet". lol C'mon EBAY sometimes you are just silly.

I actually did it daily as a volunteer until they ended our reporting.

Maybe PCGS can at least go after this seller; maybe just me but it is their IP...

What was the reason they gave you for ending the reporting?

I was part of an under the radar reporting group that worked with an eBay rep many years ago. She was very dedicated and great to work with. Maybe that was the reason that eBay discontinued her position there.

The gnome only has a $150 delivery fee. If it was delivered in an empty box I guess you could say “no gnome “ 🙈
