Was slogging through eBay and went to report yet another example of the new counterfeit 1922 "No D" cent:
but when I clicked on the "REPORT ITEM" button I got this:

What "three dot icon" are they talking about please?
Thanks,

I’ve gotten the same message for weeks and have yet to see the three dots. Perhaps it’s a browser issue?

I do not see the "three dot icon" either (Apple desktop running latest macOS). However, the "question mark icon" works for me.
Edited to add computer details.
Edit #2: Did a little more investigating. Looks like it might be 'dots' for the mobile app, and a 'question mark' for the website.
for me it's the question mark in the lower right of th browser - it moves down as you scroll
.
.
After clicking question mark:
Thanks.
Well hidden, fleabay!
Used the question mark and was able to report the counterfeit. Will see if they care.
I also noticed that if you click on the question mark there is an option to send feedback. I did, and told them that there is no 3-dot option, and to direct people to the question mark.
i would start a new thread for this, but i'm not good enough to judge authenticity from those blurry pics. i wonder if the general forumite could so. dunno
I stopped reporting bad coins and bad listings because every time I do eBay sends a message saying nothing is wrong except my report. Fakes, search and browse manipulation, saying a raw coin is certified, CAC listings without a sticker… it’s all acceptable now apparently. Check out this sweet CAC offering, lol.

The dots are on the upper right corner in the app

it takes masses reporting all at once to bring them down. we all seem to get that message. then much later * poof *
.
here's one that was nailed today - it took about 37 hours to get it yanked

Ok, those three dots do not show up on either my phone or the PC I normally use when I am browsing eBay.
On the PC, your dot-free experience matches my own on an Apple desktop (i.e., just the question mark icon).
Apps and websites can have different 'layouts/features'. On the phone, are you accessing via website, or app? See the app images above from @Aspie_Rocco with the dots.
HEADS UP: Apparently eBay will now be sharing your name with the person you report. So be ready for possible retaliation?
I could not find an anonymous way to file a report, so I sent it any way. Interesting development.
That was a raw coin. I already got the typical “you were wrong email.”

I do not remember seeing that Anonymous or not option. Not a good idea.
