1977 D off center nickel, OOPS, Misaligned Die nickel

Found this off center (obverse only) nickel in pocket change many years ago and set it aside. It is in EF condition (IMO) and was struck in a manner the cut off the top portion of the date. The lower parts of the 1977 can be seen and the D mintmark is fully present.
Had not seen it in a long time and ran across it yesterday.
An interesting change find.

Misaligned dies, not off center. An extreme example for sure.
That's the biggest misaligned die error I've ever seen!

Interesting that this actual error probably kept circulating as long as it did because people likely thought it was just damage. The reverse situation of what often happens now.

Does anyone know what the value of this MAD nickel would be?
In the neighborhood of $15-$20 in my estimation
Thank you.
I could see it a bit higher. That's pretty extreme misalignment. I'd still expect well under $100 though.
